Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

When you access this website www.renport.com, to make a reservation for our products and services, combined under the Packages link on this website, an automatic confirmation will be generated which indicates that your reservation was successfully e-mailed. However, this confirmation is not a guaranteed confirmation. You will receive a separate e-mail with an attached confirmation form which includes the packages, the rates for those packages and with other details you included in your reservation which will be required to process your payment to guarantee your reservation.  Such information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is listed on this website.

The terms and conditions of our Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy which is included in the form are as follows:-

By completing and returning by fax or e-mail a completed confirmation you agree to the following:

1) To guarantee the reservation with a major credit card listed on the form.

2) Cancellation notices must be received no later than 14 days from rental date in order to receive a full refund.

3) Cancellations within 14 days of rental date or no shows at the time of rental will result in your credit card being billed the total rental charges.

Rental Refund Policy

When you pick up your rental equipment or at the time your rental equipment is delivered to you, you agree to execute the required Rental Agreement and to provide legal forms of photo identification and payment. You also agree to sign a delivery ticket which lists the contents and condition of the rental equipment. The Rental Agreement will contain all the terms and conditions of the rental equipment.  There is a minimum rental period. There will be no refunds if the rental equipment is returned before the minimum rental period. All other refunds for non-functioning and defective packages will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement which can be obtained by contacting the rental location listed on the Contact Us page on this website.
